time the video was going to use. In fact the episode didn't air in its entirety until the
3rd time it was shown on 29 Aug 91, the second time is was also edited to make room for

In the premiere of this episode, there are two lines by Bart and Mr. Burns which
respectfully are, "Bad influence, my ass!" and "I had better kiss my sorry
butt goodbye." The censors apparently got complaints from the "Mothers Against
____" groups, so in all of the repeats on FOX, the words were swapped. That is, from
then on, Mr. Burns said "I had better kiss my sorry ass goodbye," and Bart's
line was now, "Bad influence, my butt!" In syndication, however, the lines have
returned to normal: as they were in the original broadcast.

Springfield dry.

Bart spots Skinner and Krabappel kissing. If he'll keep their secret, they will take care

Bart obtains a credit card and uses it to make some lavish purchases. One of the items he
